Our client, a leading and high-end cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Process Operative to join their growing production team in Brandon.

About the Role:

As a Process Operative, you will play a key part in producing high-quality cosmetic products enjoyed by customers across the globe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Following precise recipes and production instructions
• Monitoring manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards
• Supporting daily production targets
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or process-based experience is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to long-term work
