Night Shift Process Supervisor
Location: Brandon, Suffolk
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-06:00
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Process Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in Brandon.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting the night shift team, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the production team.
- Monitor production output, quality and downtime.
- Ensure health & safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Deal with any issues quickly and effectively.
- Support continuous improvement and help identify ways to improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with management and other shifts during handovers.
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Manufacturing, FMCG or production experience would be desirable but is not essential.
