Design and maintain their customer data architecture

Lead the analysis of customer behaviour to inform targeted marketing strategies

Define and execute personalised communication campaigns

Drive measurable improvements in customer engagement and sales

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives

Proven track record of CRM management experience, ideally in retail

Strong expertise in data architecture and customer analytics

Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies

Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
