Selebrares.com is an AI-driven hospitality startup at a pivotal turning point. While our tech team builds the future of automated celebration planning, we need a high-impact leader to bridge the gap between vision and reality. We are currently in our "Bootstrap Phase". While the Founder focuses on securing venture capital and scaling the technology, we need a seasoned pro to take the reins of the business's physical footprint. This is a role for a rainmaker—someone who can generate immediate revenue through offline celebrations planning and high-touch event management using our brand as their launchpad.
The Mission: Bootstrap & Build
As the Head of Client Partnerships, you are the commercial engine of the company. You will report directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), working in a tight-knit partnership to align market traction with our long-term commercial roadmap. This is an equity-first partnership. It is designed for an industry veteran who wants to "be their own boss" under a tech-forward banner. You have the freedom to maintain your current professional commitments while leveraging our brand to capture and execute all your independent event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Immediate Revenue Generation: Identify and secure offline event contracts (corporate parties, luxury celebrations, industry mixers) to create immediate cash flow and proof of concept.
- End-to-End Execution: Own the journey from ideation and planning to detailing and on-site deployment. You are the "boots on the ground."
- Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the Co-Founder & CCO, providing real-world data and client feedback to shape the company’s commercial strategy.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Use the Selebrares.com identity to pitch high-value clients, positioning us as the premier AI-driven evolution in hospitality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with the Head of Supplier Relations to fill supply gaps and with the Social Media Manager.
- Operational Architect: While "on the road," you will document pain points and workflows to help the Founder and Tech team build an AI that solves real-world event planning problems.
- Founding Leadership: Take full ownership of the client-side department. You aren’t just running events; you are building the division you will eventually lead as a C-Suite executive.
Candidate Profile
- The "Connected" Veteran: You have a deep "black book" of contacts in the events and celebration space and the reputation to close deals quickly.
- Versatile & Agile: You can pivot from a high-level strategy meeting with the CCO to the "boots on the ground" reality of event setup without missing a beat.
- Entrepreneurial Grit: You understand the startup hustle. You are ready to "hit the road running" to generate the traction needed to make the company a success.
- Legacy Hunter: You aren’t looking for a "job"—you are looking to build a department, make your own story, and secure a pivotal role in a company’s history.
Remuneration: Equity & Ownership
- Significant Company Shares: You will be rewarded with an equity stake, reflecting your status as a pivotal early member.
- Hybrid Flexibility: We are happy if candidates wish to keep their "day job" initially, using Selebrares.com as the exclusive vehicle for all their independent event projects and side-hustles.
- C-Suite Path: As the primary revenue generator during the fundraising phase, you are positioned to lead the department as we scale. This role is designed to evolve into a C-Level position as the company scales and secures funding.
Join the Journey
We are looking for a partner, not an employee. If you have the expertise and the hunger to turn a visionary startup into a revenue-generating powerhouse, this is your moment. "You bring the clients and the craft; we’ll provide the brand and the future."
