Bank Reconciliation
Perform reconciliations of key bank accounts accurately and within agreed timescales. Investigate, resolve, and elevate bank reconciliation differences where required. Work with the banking team to improve reconciliation processes and provide support to stores and other stakeholders. Provide cover and support for the Banking Supervisor as needed.
Rebates
Chase and collect rebate income owed by suppliers in line with agreed terms. Investigate and resolve rebate reconciliation differences promptly and accurately. Work closely with Accounts Payable regarding debit notes and related queries. Support Enable reconciliations and supplier onboarding activities. Assist with raising invoices for promotions, rate cards, supplier portal charges, and one-off requests.
Other Responsibilities
Complete deposit reconciliations and investigate variances on account 3920.
