Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a Delivery Team Leader to manage a high-performing team of drivers, pickers and loaders across our Wembley branch. You will plan outbound deliveries, coach staff and drive safety, quality and customer service.
Working with branch colleagues, you’ll optimise delivery capacity, monitor performance against targets and KPIs, and support on-duty leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
