What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the shopfloor, external yard, checkouts and Goods-In areas. Managing the full stock lifecycle, from accurate receipt through to replenishment, merchandising and sale. Maintaining excellent stock availability and integrity, reducing losses and effectively managing damaged, discontinued and out-of-date stock. Ensuring high shopfloor standards, including replenishment, accurate pricing, planogram compliance and promotional changes. Driving sales and profitability through strong operational standards, stock control and effective team performance. Coaching and supporting colleagues to build capability, take ownership and deliver consistently high standards. Supporting the wider branch management team and taking responsibility for branch operations when acting as the most senior leader on duty. Ensuring the branch remains safe, compliant, well-stocked and welcoming for our customers. The working hours for this role are 37.5 per week. Rewards
