What You’ll Be Doing
- Banking
- Perform reconciliations of key bank accounts accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate bank reconciliation differences where required.
- Work with the banking team to improve reconciliation processes and provide support to stores and other stakeholders.
- Provide cover and support for the Banking Supervisor as needed.
- Rebates
- Chase and collect rebate income owed by suppliers in line with agreed terms.
- Investigate and resolve rebate reconciliation differences promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable regarding debit notes and related queries.
- Support Enable reconciliations and supplier onboarding activities.
- Assist with raising invoices for promotions, rate cards, supplier portal charges, and one-off requests.
- Other Responsibilities
- Complete deposit reconciliations and investigate variances on account 3920.
