What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in creating organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.), including copywriting, video and asset briefs, and visual storytelling.
  • Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with our performance marketing agency, including ad copy, targeting, and creative direction.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for our YouTube channel, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles for all 75 stores to enhance visibility and customer engagement across locations.
  • Manage a multi-channel content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal trends, and business objectives to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as content creators, designers, and agencies to produce engaging content.
  • Stay updated on trade industry trends, platform changes, algorithms, and best practices to maintain relevance and innovation.
  • Engage with the trade community by responding to comments/messages and managing brand reputation proactively.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
