Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a Delivery Team Leader to lead and develop a high-performing delivery team, including HGV and van drivers and pickers/loaders. You will plan and manage outbound deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and to the right quality standards.
Working with your team to load customer orders safely, you will drive delivery performance, coach staff, and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
