The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.
Support stores and customers with credit account applications/queries including credit checks and set credit limits ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant legislation and third-party policies so that insured debts are compliant.
Monitor and manage customer accounts including proactive debt collection (via all forms of communication) and escalating accounts to debt collection or legal action where necessary.
Provide a professional and effective credit control service for the various stakeholders and build relationships with the stores so that we are better equipped to support credit accounts.
Collaborate as a team to resolve account issues, improve customer experience, and deliver process improvements across the function.
Any other ad hoc duties to support the Support Centre functions.
To undertake any other duties, activities, projects outside their job role that may be assigned to you from time to time, to support the needs of the business.
