The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Providing support to banking queries from stores and other stakeholders via email/phone.

Reconciliation of key bank accounts.

Groundwork for bank account reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences.

Administer bank downloads and complete control checks.

Involved with month-end routines including posting of journals.

Raising purchase orders for banking services.

Investigate chargebacks with banks and stores.

Verifying and raising payment requests.

Cover and support for Banking Supervisor.

This is a part-time role and the working hours are 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Need

  • Experience of working within a similar administrative role.
  • Professional telephone and email manner to support store queries.
  • Experience in reconciling bank accounts would be an advantage.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data.
  • A desire to learn and develop.
