- Lead execution across buy-side and sell-side M&A, take-privates, defence assignments and platform transactions in the real estate sector
- Own valuation and financial analysis workstreams, including NAV, DCF, LBO and accretion/dilution analysis
- Manage day-to-day client dialogue and act as the primary point of contact for advisers and counterparties
- Take responsibility for pitch and marketing materials, supporting origination alongside senior bankers
- Staff, mentor and review the work of Analysts and Associates
Requirements
- Current VP (or Associate on an imminent promotion track) at a bulge bracket, elite boutique or top-tier advisory house
- Prior Real Estate M&A experience is required; coverage of listed REITs, logistics, residential, self-storage or living sectors is advantageous
- Demonstrable ownership of live execution rather than support-only involvement
- Excellent modelling and technical capability across public and private M&A analysis
- Strong academics and the right to work in the UK
