We are working with a leading Pan-European real estate investment firm established in 2003. The business has co-invested in and managed over Β£4 billion of transactions across real estate, including office, retail, and industrial properties in the UK, Northern, and Western Europe.
The firm is known for its entrepreneurial culture and lean team structure, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making. You\βd be working directly alongside the founding partners, who were previously working at tier one banks.
Role Responsibilities
- Structuring deals and securitising cash flows by issuing asset-backed bonds.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models to manage long-term cash flows.
- Obtaining credit ratings from agencies and managing those relationships effectively.
- Marketing and selling bonds to institutional investors such as insurance companies and pension funds.
- Working closely with the founding partners and collaborating across the investment team to deliver innovative financing solutions.
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 6 years\β experience in securitisation, structured finance, or related capital markets roles.
- Experience on a securitisation desk within an investment bank, with strong technical skills in structuring and modelling.
- Familiarity with credit ratings processes and agency relationships (ratings agency experience is a plus but not essential).
- A solid understanding of capital markets and institutional investor dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
