A top-tier global investment bank is seeking a Vice President or Director to join its Energy & Infrastructure team in London. The bank continues to expand its energy franchise, with a particular focus on Power, Utilities, and Renewables.

What We\’re Looking For

• A sector expert in Power, Utilities, and Renewables with a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and key players.
• Strong experience in M&A and Project Finance, ideally with a blend of advisory and execution exposure.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Oil & Gas will not be considered for this role, as the focus is strictly on clean and conventional power and utilities.

• Lead and support origination and execution of complex transactions in the power and utilities sector.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic growth in the energy vertical.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the franchise.
