A leading global investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its growing Valuations & Opinions Group in London, with a focus on Asset Backed Finance. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of structured credit, private markets, and valuation advisory, supporting a diverse client base including private equity sponsors, credit funds, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute complex valuation engagements across asset-backed finance structures, including structured credit, direct lending, and private credit portfolios.
  • Develop and apply valuation models and methodologies tailored to illiquid and bespoke financial instruments.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality, independent valuation opinions for financial reporting, transaction, and regulatory purposes.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues across industry and product teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and client service excellence.

Qualifications:
