A leading asset management management firm is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its growing Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with investment operations experience looking to gain broad exposure across multiple asset classes and the full trade life cycle.

This opportunity offers broad exposure within a collaborative investment environment and the chance to work closely with front-office and senior operational stakeholders.

  • Key Requirements
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • 1-5 years' experience within investment operations at an asset manager, hedge fund, investment firm, or financial services organisation.
  • Exposure to asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, FX, OTC, and Derivatives.

• Experience across trade support functions including

  • Trade matching and settlements
  • Cash and position reconciliations
  • Corporate actions
  • Custody oversight
  • Collateral management

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support across the full trade lifecycle for investment portfolios.
  • Monitor and resolve trade matching and settlement issues.
  • Perform cash, position and NAV reconciliations.
  • Manage collateral and cash movements.
  • Liaise with trading, compliance, custodians and third-party service providers.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
