We're partnering with a leading global financial markets platform seeking high-performing revenue generators with established institutional relationships and a proven track record in Equities, Structured Products and Fixed Income. The business offers the infrastructure, flexibility and global reach for successful professionals to further develop and scale their franchise.

  • Proven brokerage background from a recognised interdealer broker, agency broker or similar market participant.
  • Strong institutional client network with established relationships and a track record of generating business.
  • Ability to monetise an existing franchise and bring valuable client relationships to the platform.
  • Experience covering institutional clients such as banks, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, corporates and other professional market participants.
  • Individuals with a demonstrable history of building and developing client relationships within financial markets.
  • Product expertise can vary, as the firm is open to successful brokers across multiple asset classes and will support strong franchises with the appropriate infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently grow and develop a business line.
