Selby Jennings is partnered with a global insurance group on a senior hire within their reserving function. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role blending technical reserving, business planning, and SII work.

You will take ownership of key reserving processes for overseas entities, support regulatory reporting, and contribute to the ongoing development of reserving and capital methodologies. You will also work directly with regulators and senior market stakeholders, helping shape how the organisation meets regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

This is an opportunity to step up, acting as the senior figure in the team with the option to manage a small team, although prior management experience isn’t essential. Both London Market and Personal Lines reserving backgrounds are welcomed.
