Senior Real Estate Fundraiser - London

A global real assets investment manager with a substantial footprint across Europe, Asia, and America is looking to strengthen its capital raising team. With a sizeable platform (1,000+ employees globally and a growing London office), the firm offers a strong brand, sophisticated products, and the resources to support major fundraises across real estate equity and credit.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead capital‑raising efforts across Europe and the UK for the firm\’s real estate strategies.
• Drive LP engagement with pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, and consultants.
• Collaborate closely with investment and product teams to shape fundraising materials and messaging.
• Manage strategic projects including fund launches, platform expansions, and investor due‑diligence processes.
• Represent the firm at high‑level industry events and maintain an active presence in the institutional real estate community.

Role Requirements

• 15+ years of fundraising experience within real estate private markets.
• Strong relationships across European and UK institutional LPs.
• Deep understanding of real estate equity and/or debt strategies.
• Comfortable operating within a large global platform.
