Senior Pricing Analyst

Selby Jennings are partnering with a leading UK personal lines insurer to appoint a Senior Pricing Analyst into a highly innovative pricing function. Role Requirements:

• Experience within general insurance pricing, ideally within a personal lines' environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a naturally inquisitive mindset.
• Experience using analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insight.
• Comfortable operating in an environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
