Role Responsibilities
- Fundraising & Investor Management: Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, manage CRM systems, and coordinate investor documentation and onboarding.
- Investor Engagement: Organise and execute investor meetings and roadshows, manage due diligence processes, and maintain a high-quality data room.
- Research & Targeting: Conduct market research, profile prospective LPs, and support tailored proposals and RFP responses.
- Investor Communications: Draft quarterly reports, portfolio updates, press releases, and AGM/LPAC materials.
- Marketing & Events: Contribute to impact reporting, represent the firm at industry events, and support digital content creation.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in investor relations or fundraising within private equity or asset management.
- Strong project management skills and experience handling complex due diligence workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, data rooms, and investor reporting platforms.
- Exposure to emerging markets, impact investing, or blended finance structures is highly desirable.
- A relevant degree in finance, communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
