Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and recapitalisation.
- Assist in structuring and raising debt and equity for real estate platforms and operating businesses.
- Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, capital structure).
- Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research, asset-level due diligence, and investor/lender outreach.
- Track real estate capital markets activity and maintain investor and lender databases.
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or debt advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
