We are seeking a Project Management & Investor Relations Professional to join a growing and dynamic alternatives-focused advisory platform. In this role, you will act as a key interface between fund managers and investors, supporting the seamless execution of fundraising processes and investor engagement initiatives across global private markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end fundraising processes, including data room preparation, investor materials, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with GPs to develop compelling marketing collateral and due-diligence documentation.
  • Support investor outreach initiatives and track engagement across Quest's global LP network.
  • Prepare investor updates, meeting agendas, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in organising roadshows, webinars, and investor events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across project goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in investor relations, project management within private markets.
  • Big Four background is also of interest.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with private equity or private debt fundraising processes is ideal.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
