Selby Jennings is proud to partner with a prestigious global investment firm seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join its Private Wealth division. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to support global due diligence efforts across a diverse suite of alternative investment strategies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing high-quality due diligence materials, managing data integrity, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple departments. This role offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and edit responses to DDQs, RFPs, and other client inquiries with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, legal, compliance, finance, HR, and business development) to gather and verify information.
  • Maintain and update a centralised content database to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the development of machine-learning tools aimed at automating initial questionnaire responses.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and performance analysis requests from platform partners.
  • Ensure all external communications meet high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Act as a key liaison for internal business development teams, particularly across the European region.
  • Contribute to broader strategic projects and initiatives within the Private Wealth team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial services, ideally within private markets or investment management.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
