Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets within the healthcare sector. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. Develop and present detailed financial models and valuation analyses. Manage the negotiation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities. Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; 4-7 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on the healthcare sector. ~ Proven track record of successfully leading and executing M&A transactions. ~ Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. ~ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
