The Role
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the infrastructure and energy value chain, from origination through to completion.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
- Take an active role in transaction workstreams, including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
- Engage directly with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Contribute to origination efforts, including market mapping and identifying new investment opportunities across emerging markets.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years' experience within investment banking, with a clear focus on infrastructure.
- Currently operating at Associate 1 level with upcoming progression to Associate 2.
- Strong technical skillset with the ability to run workstreams with a high degree of independence.
- Exposure to transactions across energy, renewables, or broader infrastructure sectors.
- Interest in, or experience with, emerging markets is advantageous.
- Trained within a top-tier or well-established platform with rigorous analytical standards.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations.
