The business has co-invested in and managed over Β£4 billion of transactions across real estate, including office, retail, and industrial properties in the UK, Northern, and Western Europe. You'd be working directly alongside the founding partners, who were previously working at tier one banks.
Role Responsibilities
- Structuring deals and securitising cash flows by issuing asset-backed bonds.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models to manage long-term cash flows.
- Obtaining credit ratings from agencies and managing those relationships effectively.
- Marketing and selling bonds to institutional investors such as insurance companies and pension funds.
- Working closely with the founding partners and collaborating across the investment team to deliver innovative financing solutions.
