Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across infrastructure, energy transition and digital infrastructure assets.
  • Structure, negotiate and optimise debt packages for brownfield and greenfield projects, refinancing, recapitalisation, and acquisition financing scenarios.
  • Manage day‑to‑day workstreams on live transactions, including financial modelling, debt sizing, term sheet negotiation, lender engagement, and process management.
  • Support origination through market insights, relationship building, and preparation of pitches/proposals.
  • Develop deep sector knowledge across regulated utilities, renewable energy, transport, telecoms, and social infrastructure.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader growth of the platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/project finance with a strong debt‑side focus.
  • Background may include: Infrastructure/project finance lending (bank or institutional), debt advisory or capital structuring within an advisory firm, infrastructure/energy structured finance within a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of financing structures: project finance, holdco debt, acquisition financing, portfolio facilities, and refinancing processes.
  • Excellent financial modelling and credit analysis skills, with the ability to independently run debt sizing and sensitivities.
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage counterparties, and coordinate complex multistakeholder processes.
  • Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to interact confidently with management teams, lenders, and investors.
