A leading boutique advisory firm is looking to hire a Vice President to join its Financial Institutions Group in London. This key hire offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility across a range of transaction and advisory mandates within the UK market and beyond. This role is positioned at a manager level and is ideal for an individual who is comfortable acting as a day‑to‑day project lead, managing execution, and taking meaningful ownership of client relationships in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day execution across a range of project types including sell‑side advisory, valuations, and broader strategic advisory mandates.
  • Act as the primary project manager, ensuring deliverables are high quality and completed on time.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • Support senior bankers in originating and executing transactions across the UK FIG landscape.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience within investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.

  • Prior exposure to Financial Institutions is preferred, particularly within insurance, wealth, or broader FIG sectors.
  • Strong academic background with a consistent record of achievement.
