We are working with a leading independent advisory platform to hire an Analyst within its Private Capital Advisory team in London. The team is highly active across private capital markets, advising financial sponsors, founder‑led businesses, and institutional investors on complex fundraising transactions.
This role offers strong exposure to live deals, working closely with senior bankers and playing a key role in both execution and origination support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of private capital transactions across debt, equity, and hybrid structures
- Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analysis
- Prepare client materials including teasers, information memoranda, and presentations
- Conduct detailed market research and industry analysis to support transaction and origination activity
- Assist in managing data rooms, due diligence processes, and investor communication
- Work closely with senior team members on live deal workstreams
- 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a related field
- Strong foundation in financial modelling and valuation techniques, including DCF and comparable analysis
- Exposure to M&A, leveraged finance, or capital markets transactions is advantageous
- High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality output under tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
