A leading European logistics real estate platform is seeking a senior fundraising professional to join its London team. The company manages 900 million in assets and operates across the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
As the business continues to scale, expanding its value-add and development strategies as well as its European footprint, the firm is now looking to bring more structure and seniority to its fundraising efforts.
- Lead capital raising efforts across Europe for logistics-focused strategies, including value-add, core-plus, and development projects.
- Systematise and professionalise the current fundraising approach, moving from deal-by-deal family office outreach to a coordinated, strategic programme.
- Build and deepen relationships with European institutional investors (pension funds, insurers, endowments, consultants) and sophisticated family offices.
- Serve as a senior representative of the platform in all investor interactions, communicating strategy, performance, pipeline, and alignment of interest.
Requirements:
- 8-12+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or distribution within real estate private markets - ideally with strong exposure to European logistics or broader real estate strategies.
- A strong network of European institutional investors and/or family offices.
- Experience at a real estate manager, placement agent, or investment firm focused on European private markets is highly advantageous.
