We are supporting a major global energy trading organisation in hiring an LNG Physical Trader for its London desk. The team manages a diversified, globally connected LNG portfolio and is highly integrated across physical, financial and optimisation functions.
Responsibilities:
- Trade physical LNG with a focus on Atlantic basic flows while contributing to global optimisation.
- Manage and shape portfolio price exposure, working closely with financial traders to determine hedging, paper positions and broader risk management strategy.
- Use routing and operational insights to extract optionality and improve portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with schedulers, operators, analysts and optimisation teams to align physical and financial positioning.
- Feed into market views and support medium- and long-term commercial opportunities.
Qualifications:
