We are supporting a recently launched investment fund looking for a bright, curious Junior Quant / Python Developer to join a small, high‑calibre team at an early stage. You’ll work from day one with the founder, alongside colleagues with academic backgrounds from MIT, Stanford, and Cambridge, gaining hands‑on exposure to markets, data, and real investment decision‑making. This is a startup‑style environment with high ownership and responsibility early on.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain production‑quality Python code
- Work hands‑on with data to support research and analytics
- Collaborate closely with a small, on‑site team
- Learn how financial markets work in practice
- Take ownership of projects end‑to‑end
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or similar (first class / top GPA)
- Strong commercial experience in Python, especially data‑focused work
- Curious, collaborative, and keen to learn
- Happy working on‑site five days a week
- Nice to have: Competitive programming or startup experience.
