We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's Investment Banking team in London. This position offers immediate exposure to high-profile, cross-border transactions within their team, providing hands-on involvement in complex strategic projects and significant responsibility from day one. Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions within the Aerospace & Defence sector. The client is not requiring the candidate to have specific Aerospace & Defence experience.
- Manage deal teams and coordinate all aspects of transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Oversee preparation of high-quality pitch materials, transaction documents, and market analyses.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring excellence in deliverables and professional development.
