- Working directly with Directors and Managing Directors on live transactions and business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of investment banking experience, with the majority of that time spent advising on M&A transactions within the Industrials sector
- Currently operating at Associate level, or a Senior Analyst ready to step into an Associate role, within an investment bank or recognised M&A advisory platform
- Demonstrable track record executing complex M&A transactions from inception through to completion
- Strong sector expertise across Industrials, including areas such as Business Services, Industrial Technology, Transportation & Logistics, Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing, Packaging, Capital Goods, or related subsectors
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently on live transactions
- Experience working with both corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border mandates
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced execution environment and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
