We are partnering with a Tier 1 Market Maker seeking a Trading & Execution Analyst to support its expanding trading operations. The role offers significant exposure to front office activity and a collaborative environment across trading, technology, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle including booking, reconciliation, and P&L analysis
  • Partner closely with sales and trading teams to assist with execution, risk monitoring, and trade flow management
  • Identify and resolve risk breaks and discrepancies across systems
  • Assist in the development and rollout of new trading capabilities and desk functionality
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational workflows and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements, testing, and releases
  • Work cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and business management teams
  • Respond to ad hoc queries related to trading activity, reporting, and processes

Requirements

  • Strong experience across Rates, Fixed Income, or Credit products
  • Solid understanding of linear rates instruments preferred
  • Prior experience working in a trading, risk, or execution-focused role
  • Comfortable working with trading platforms and technology systems
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, front-office aligned environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
