Key Responsibilities
- Generate data‑driven insights to support equity fundamental research across companies and sectors.
- Work closely with PMs, analysts, alternative data, data engineering, and data sourcing teams to evaluate and apply new datasets.
- Estimate and project key company and sector KPIs, test hypotheses, and build screeners to support idea generation.
- Develop data‑driven variables that integrate directly into fundamental valuation and research models.
- Assess the relevance and quality of new datasets and design custom dashboards, tools, or features for the research desk.
- Run targeted analytical studies to validate or challenge specific investment ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience analysing complex datasets; exposure to alternative data is a plus.
- Background in or close alignment with fundamental equity analysis preferred.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with multiple PMs.
