You'll be responsible for technologists within a number of outcome-driven teams focused on delivering key business results. You will be an excellent leader and communicator, able to move seamlessly from executive-level discussions to deep technical problem-solving and strategic roadmap planning. What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of 100+ technologists (engineers and architects) operating at scale within a complex, regulated environment.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape the product roadmap and key capabilities.
  • Develop and grow talent, proactively managing performance and career progression.
  • Drive effective and high-quality delivery across multiple teams.
  • Engage with enterprise stakeholders, including international partners with domain expertise.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale software engineering teams with a track record of high performance.

  • Understanding of modern cybersecurity considerations and their impact on engineering.
  • Ability to balance enterprise governance with local requirements.
  • Pragmatic approach to short-term vs long-term trade-offs.
  • Experience within regulated environments or financial services (preferred).

  • Strong career progression opportunities and access to structured training programmes.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonus, pension, and healthcare.
  • Access to flexible benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
