Key Responsibilities:- Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing leveraged loan and high‐yield bond transactions.
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (syndicate, risk, legal) and external parties (clients, lawyers, rating agencies).
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior team members.
- Already in a Leveraged Finance Investment Banking role or Debt Advisory.
- Familiarity with loan and bond documentation and rating agency methodologies.
- Ability to move quick as volumes tend to be high.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
