An established global private credit manager is looking to hire multiple Analysts into its London-based investment team. This is a highly active platform focused on sub‑investment grade credit, with the London team covering UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordic markets. The role offers direct exposure to deal evaluation, credit underwriting, and portfolio management within a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed credit analysis and underwriting across a range of private credit opportunities
- Assess financial performance, cash flow resilience, and downside scenarios to form clear investment views
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions
- Prepare investment memos and credit papers for internal committees
- Monitor existing portfolio positions, including performance tracking and risk assessment
- Work closely with senior investors on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management
- Engage with management teams, sponsors, and external advisors as part of the diligence process
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in:
- Investment Banking (particularly Leveraged Finance)
- Private Credit / Direct Lending / Credit Funds
- Credit‑related roles within Buy‑Side institutions
- M&A Advisory, Debt Advisory, or Sales & Trading (credit‑focused)
Additional Preferences:
- Exposure to sub‑investment grade / leveraged credit is advantageous
- European language skills (in addition to English) are highly valued
