As an Associate, you will be embedded in a lean, high-performing advisory team, working directly with senior professionals on live mandates and strategic projects. You will support across two core areas.

  • Strategic Advisory
    • Advising boards and management teams on valuation, positioning, and investor strategy
    • Analysing how companies are perceived relative to sector and broader market comparables
    • Delivering insights that systematically influence shareholder outcomes
    • Supporting shareholder engagement strategies and defence preparedness
  • Equity Capital Markets & Transaction Advisory
    • Working on a broad range of equity and corporate transactions, including:
      • IPOs
      • Corporate and exit advisory assignments
      • Blocks and sell-downs
      • Capital raises and rights issues
      • Equity-linked transactions
      • SPAC / de-SPAC situations
      • Private placements
    • Supporting execution across end-to-end transaction processes

This is a hands-on advisory role with direct exposure to clients, live deals, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building detailed valuation models and analytical frameworks to support strategic advice
  • Preparing board-level materials and participating in client discussions
  • Analysing shareholder registers, investor behaviour, and market positioning
  • Supporting the execution of equity capital markets and M&A transactions
  • Conducting company, sector, and market analysis to inform advice
  • Working closely with senior team members in a high-responsibility, low-hierarchy environment
