About the role:
- Leading the development and refinement of pricing models using Radar, Emblem, and advanced statistical techniques
- Collaborating with Underwriting, Finance, and Data Science teams to shape pricing strategy and deliver profitable growth
- Managing end-to-end pricing projects—from scoping and analysis to implementation and review
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear commercial actions
- Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
