We are currently representing an leading Asset Manager who are looking to expand their Talent Acquisition team.
Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for a large organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Internal Mandates: Assist with the firm\’s continued growth across their investment strategies.
- Networking: Leverage existing relationships with existing clients and build new relationships for business development purposes.
- Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to understand their growth objectives and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Sales Skills: Market the firm\’s capabilities externally with exceptional sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree Business, Economics or other related field.
- Proven experience of c.1-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, within the financial services or asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
