A long‑established, London‑headquartered investment firm with a global footprint is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to expand its presence in the Italian institutional market. Founded in 2005 by senior figures from a major global investment bank, the firm has grown into a diverse team of nearly 80 professionals and manages more than $20bn in assets across public and private markets.
Role Responsibilities
- Growing and deepening relationships with Italian institutional allocators, including pension funds, insurers, foundations, and family offices.
- Positioning the firm’s investment strategies effectively and adapting messaging to specific investor requirements.
- Leading the full fundraising cycle - from first contact through to commitment.
- Working collaboratively with product, investment, and marketing teams to develop compelling materials and deliver a seamless fundraising process.
- Acting as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, providing views on markets, investment themes, and bespoke portfolio solutions.
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated success in institutional fundraising or investor relations within asset management, private markets, or alternative investments.
- A strong network across the Italian institutional ecosystem, with a solid grasp of local investor behaviours and allocation trends.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.

Location
