Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to appoint an Associate / Senior Associate within its Infrastructure & Real Assets Product Management team.
This individual will play a key role in supporting a broad infrastructure and real assets investment platform, spanning co-investments, secondary investments, and primary fund commitments across global markets. The position offers exposure to the full fund lifecycle, including product development, fundraising, investor relations, capital formation, and ongoing client servicing.
The successful candidate will work closely with investment professionals, business development teams, and other internal stakeholders to support investor communications, marketing initiatives, due diligence processes, and fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a high-quality and consistent investor experience through established client service protocols and best practices.
- Draft and maintain investor communications, market updates, presentations, and internal and external talking points.
- Create and update fundraising and marketing materials, including pitchbooks, private placement memoranda, fact sheets, investor reports, and presentation decks.
- Manage existing and prospective investor enquiries, including RFPs, DDQs, due diligence requests, and ad hoc information requests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure responses are accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Develop strong working relationships across investment, fundraising, legal, compliance, finance, and reporting teams to support fundraising and investor relations initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse developments within the infrastructure and broader real assets sectors, including market and industry trends.
- Assist with the planning and execution of investor events, roadshows, webinars, conferences, and client meetings.
- Support process improvement initiatives and collaborate with technology teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic projects and business initiatives as required.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience within infrastructure, real assets, private markets, or broader financial services.
- Previous experience in investor relations, product management, fundraising, client servicing, or related functions is highly desirable.
- Experience gained within a private markets asset manager, placement agent, investment bank, or alternative investment platform is preferred.
