Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the insurance sector.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with CEOs, CFOs, founders, and other senior decision makers across European insurance companies.
• Generate and convert business development opportunities into completed mandates and revenue.
• Lead client engagements from origination through execution, ensuring exceptional delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior bankers while contributing to the continued growth of the FIG franchise.
• Collaborate with sector and product specialists across the wider platform to deliver integrated advisory solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a fee-generating investment banking Managing Director within FIG.
• Established and demonstrable relationships with C-suite executives across the European insurance market.
• Extensive experience originating and leading M&A, strategic advisory, or capital raising mandates.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of insurance markets and the strategic challenges facing insurers, brokers, and related financial institutions.
