I am working with a leading global investment bank looking to add an Associate to its Healthcare M&A team in London.

This is an opportunity to join one of the highest-performing teams in the European Healthcare market, working on a consistent flow of high-profile M&A transactions.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Playing a leading role in the execution of complex M&A transactions.
  • Running key workstreams across live deals, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and process management.
  • Building and reviewing financial models and transaction materials.
  • Working directly with senior bankers and clients on strategic reviews and board-level presentations.
  • Supporting business development and origination initiatives across the healthcare sector.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Who We're Looking For
  • 3-6 years of Investment Banking experience gained at a leading Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique platform.
  • Healthcare M&A experience strongly preferred, although outstanding Generalist M&A Associates will be considered.
  • Associate-level candidate with a proven track record of execution and marketing with multiple closed deals.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience taking ownership of both marketing and execution workstreams.
