Responsibilities
- Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the technology sector
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO where relevant)
- Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and board materials
- Conduct company and market analysis across subsectors including software, digital infrastructure, fintech, and internet-enabled businesses
- Support senior bankers with transaction execution, due diligence, and client communication
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, accounting, and commercial advisors
Candidate Profile
- Currently an Investment Banking Analyst 2 at a top-tier or well-regarded investment bank, boutique, or advisory firm
- Strong M&A execution experience, ideally within Technology, TMT, or growth sectors
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong academic background from a leading university
- Highly motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
