A leading global investment firm is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to lead the development and management of Workday integrations and Extend applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative HR tech solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. About the Role As the Integration\’s & Workday Extend Lead, you\’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing technical solutions that support global HR operations. You\’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, software engineering, and external vendors to deliver high-impact systems and integration\’s that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain integration\’s between Workday and third-party systems Build custom applications using Workday Extend to meet evolving business needs Lead integration efforts across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and scalability Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions Oversee the full life-cycle of integration development: design, build, test, deploy, and support Ensure compliance with Workday\’s security and architectural standards Participate in release management and testing activities Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimise integration\’s Skills & Experience Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/WECI, and REST/SOAP APIs Strong command of XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware integration tools Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and scripting languages Hands-on experience with Workday Extend (minimum of 1-2 projects) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Desirable Skills Familiarity with Python and full-stack development Experience with Workday Prism Analytic or similar data platforms Knowledge of HR systems architecture and data privacy regulations Background in financial services or other regulated industries Why Join?
